hey everyone ! here are some tips! keep in mind they might not work for u , and if you’re actually in the medical way addicted, talk to a professional!
- make plans with friends that don’t include phones
- try a new hobby (check out my related post on things you can do when bored)
- don’t multi task
- if your phone has a bad battery , such as it turns off after 3-5 hrs , don’t charge after it turns off
- don’t use your phone while charging
- charge your phone in the morning instead of night
